Your facial appearance is everything! No matter if you are a teenager, or an adult millennial, the one thing that most of us have in common is freaking pimples! We all hate pimples, and wish pimples never existed.
However, the fact is, pimples become apart of most people’s lives one way or another. According to medical news today, pimples are inflammations of the skin – they are sebaceous glands (oil glands) which are infected with bacteria, swell up, and then fill up with pus. Sounds pretty disgusting right?
Furthermore, according to the British Medical journal, more than 80% of teenagers get acne at some point, and 30% of teenagers with acne required medical treatment because of its severity. Now studies are also saying, adults are prone to pimples because of stress. “Acne incidence (presence, occurrence) in adults is increasing, doctors report.” (British Medical Journal)
With all that said, I know you are wondering how can you avoid, or reduce the amount of pimples you get. The truth is, avoiding pimples are difficult, but you can try to control the amount of pimples you get. Personally, I have been able to practice avoiding pimples, by trying different natural approaches, and the results have been fantastic for me.
I barely get pimples, and the only time a pimple appears is when it’s the time of the month. This one little pimple, usually appears on my chin, every single month. I am trying to solve that issue, and I am working on a natural herb to help with that problem, which is called Vitex agnus castus (tincture made from berries).
Natural remedy treatments have always worked for me. I am a very strong believer, that unless you have a serious pimple problem, over the counter medications isn’t the solution. There are better ways to avoid pimples. Here are some of the ways I keep my face clear of pimples, when it’s under my control. Ha Ha.
