It’s New Year’s Eve, and 2012 is almost over! As we are all partying tonight with family and friends, let’s not forget the next day aftermath. The most dreadful repercussion after having a night full of fun is waking up with a hang over. Head banging, throwing up, dehydrated, name it all, it’s the worst freakin feeling!

Before you party, while you’re partying, and after you party, drink lot’s of water! H2o will help you stay hydrated and dilute the alcohol.
Make sure you eat a nice steak or burger before you start drinking. Food will help your body absorb the alcohol. Oh don’t forget to grab a bite to eat after the festivities as well!
3. PAIN KILLERS
Before you go to sleep pop a pain-killer! I prefer Ibuprofen. Pain killers will ease that early morning headache!
There is nothing better than morning sex, and if you are hung over the adrenaline and workout will help you sweat it out! Of course this has not been scientifically proven, but I am sure you can imagine this.
